the hotel was superior, as you can expect from bintulu. not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. visited their restaurant peppers cafe couple of times.

This place has comfy beds, a great location, and the staff is top-notch! 😊

The hotel is still new, providing clean and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast spread offers a delicious variety of choices. Despite a few drawbacks like slow response to air-conditioning problems and limited parking, the overall experience at Promenade Hotel Bintulu was positive.

The hotel offers a great location near the sea with plenty of eating places nearby. The room I stayed in wasvery comfy and tidy, with a great view through four windows. The hotel also has spacious conference halls and good housekeeping service.

During my recent city trip, I stayed at a hotel that had a great location. It was conveniently located near a lot of shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Everything was accessible, making it easy for me to explore the city. the staff was always helpful and friendly, willing to assist me in any way possible. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.

My experience was dampened by a few negative aspects. The response to issues that I had with the room was slow.

Strategic location with plenty of food options nearby. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Limited parking space available, making it difficult with cars.

The hotel's location is strategic for those who need to travel to the nearby Tg Kidurong Industrial Area. guests can easily find cafes to grab breakfast around 8 am, a nearby supermarket, and the bus terminal. the room and bathroom are spacious, clean, and comfortable. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast has a good variety of choices. Guests can enjoy free wifi and convenient amenities like baby cots.

One drawback of the hotel is the lack of a nearby mall, but this is compensated for by the convenience of other nearby amenities.
